Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arc Raiders Tracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

Arc Raiders Tracker is a community-driven player reporting and lookup system for Arc Raiders. The Service allows users to:

• Search for player reports by Embark ID
• Submit reports about players exhibiting problematic behavior
• View public statistics about reported players

User Responsibilities

When Submitting Reports

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Only report genuine incidents of cheating, toxicity, or other violations
• Not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
• Not spam or abuse the reporting system
• Not include personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• Not use offensive language, slurs, or hate speech in report descriptions

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false reports to harass or defame other players
• Attempt to manipulate or game the reporting system
• Use automated tools or bots to submit reports
• Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, edit, or remove any submitted reports
• Block or filter reports containing inappropriate content
• Ban users who violate these Terms of Service
• Take action against spam, abuse, or malicious activity

Reports are automatically screened for profanity, slurs, and toxic content. Reports that violate our content policy will be rejected.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports
• Reports are community-submitted and may contain errors or false information
• We are not responsible for verifying the truthfulness of reports
• The Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance or technical issues

Limitation of Liability

Arc Raiders Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of the Service
• False or inaccurate reports submitted by users
• Actions taken by Embark Studios or other parties based on reports
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Important: Arc Raiders Tracker is an independent, community-run project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Embark Studios in any way. Reports submitted here are not official bug reports or support tickets.

For official support or to report issues directly to the game developers, please use Embark Studios' official channels.

Report Verification

Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify reports before taking action. This Service is intended as a community resource, not a definitive source of truth. Do not use reports as sole evidence for harassment or other actions against players.

"Arc Raiders" and related trademarks are the property of Embark Studios. This site uses these names for descriptive purposes only under fair use.

Termination
